NEED TO CANCEL?
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I get it. All I ask is that you cancel within 24 hours or more.
This will allow time for me to contact other clients who may be waiting for a sooner appointment. I will gladly reschedule you if given more than 24 hours in advance.
If an appointment is canceled within less than 24 hours, a new deposit will be required to reschedule, and the original deposit will be forfeited.
You are valuable, and so is my time.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please be courteous to me and other clients who have booked with Braidz By Celia, by kindly arriving on time to your appointment. In the case you are early please wait in your car as space is limited, In the case you are late kindly contact me, there is a 15-minute grace period.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, I will have to reschedule your appointment for another available date, and time.

All deposits are non-refundable.
For late or rescheduled appts that have been canceled less than 24 hours or need to be rescheduled more than once, will be required to place another deposit for a new appointment. You are given a one-time courtesy to reschedule.
